Taoist Eating for Healing,every food carries a healing essence. You will learn how the right combination of foods according to the 5 elements and 5 tastes, heal at the energy level and be given a customized list of foods with healing essences according to your element to counteract imbalances inherent in one's nature.

HERBS FOR PREGNANCY, BIRTH and BEYOND

We will talk about the role that herbs can play from conception to birth; how to lessen common prenatal complaints, herbs to strengthen and tonify the uterus, herbs which nourish the mother and developing fetus, which herbs to avoid during pregnancy and lactation; and herbs for common post-partum ailments (such as hemorrhoids, episiotomy, and building milk supply for mothers; colic and umbilical cord care for infants.

CHILDBIRTH AWARENESS
These are unique one on one childbirth preparation sessions aiming at cultivating the focusing skills and concentration needed to transmute the experience of labor pain in a new, empowering way. This involves the systematic, sustained practice of mindfulness exercises.
